In 2007, CBRE expanded its services to include certification of energy efficiency.
Through Building Consultancy Services, CBRE provides full support to obtain and maintain certification for its clients buildings.
Our Goal
CBRE expects to engage its clients in discussions about environmental issues a goal of implementing energy saving technology and practices at the vast majority of its clients properties and corporate facilities.
CBRE professionals are already actively engaged with clients around the world in developing and implementing "green" programs. CBRE has established a global task force to aggregate and share best practices on a global basis, to develop educational programs for clients and employees and to develop internal policies and business practices.
