CB Richard Ellis chosen for partner of resort invest Tróia GmbH & Co. KG
The Building Consultancy Services Department of CB Richard Ellis was the partner selected by Resort Invest Troia GmbH & Co. KG to coordinate the technical and architectural projects and the construction of several plots, that will be built by this international joint-venture, in Tróia Resort, a residential tourism luxury development.
According to Joaquim Brice, Head of the Building Consultancy Services Department, “CB Richard Ellis is a real estate consultant with a deep knowledge of the Portuguese market, an advantage that attracted Tróia Resort GmbH, once the developer was searching a trustful partner for their projects in Portugal.”
By the other hand, according to Stefan Umlauf, external consultant for Project & Quality Management of Resort Invest Troia GmbH & Co. KG, “the Building Consultancy Services Department of CB Richard Ellis was selected to this operation for the excellent technical competences of the team, and also because they combine two distinct realities, the Portuguese and the German.”
In 2009 the first houses of the resort will be built, with architectural projects of João Paciência, Intergaup and J.J. Silva Garcia, that will create different contemporaneous architectural concepts. With a maximum construction area of 343,00 sq m, in plot’s with areas between 1500 sq m and 2854 sq m, near the beach, lake and golf.
The design foresees the personalized concept according to the client’s preferences, although some aspects may not be changed, like the facade concept, and a limit of three parking places and three rooms per house.
The whole real estate operation results from the sale, by Sonae Turismo to Engel & Völkers Resorts that will be responsible for the marketing of the Tróia Resort in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
