Figures Portugal Investment Q3 2022

An all-time high for investment in a third quarter in Portugal but the enthusiasm is blurred by an increase in prime yields

• Investment turnover reached €1,105 million in Q3 2022, three times the volume recorded in the previous quarter and an all-time high for a third quarter in Portugal.
• Offices attracted the major share of investment, but the industrial and logistics sector recorded the highest inflow of capital in a quarter.
• Year to date, capital inflow to commercial property totalled €1,815 million, showing y-o-y increase.
