  1. 38,049 sqm of office spaces were occupied in Lisbon in Q2 2026 (+32% QoQ and -44% YoY);
  2. Take-up reached 66,906 sqm in the first half of 2026, approximately 20% below the 83,835 sqm registered in H1 2025;
  3. Expansion Area and Parque das Nações accounted for 58% of the take-up in the quarter;
  4. Vacancy rate increased over the quarter to stand at 8.39%;
  5. Prime rents increased in the Expansion Area to €23.00/sqm/month, while remaining stable across all other submarkets.
