  1. 30,300 sqm of office spaces were occupied in Lisbon in Q3 2026 (-20% QoQ);
  2. Take-up reached 97,200 sqm in the first nine months of 2026, approximately 26% below the take-up registered in the same period of 2025;
  3. CBD2 and Expansion Area accounted for 63% of the take-up in the quarter;
  4. Vacancy rate remained broadly unchanged over the quarter, standing at 8.37%;
  5. Prime rents increased in CBD2 and Parque das Nações to €29.00/sqm/month and €23.00/sqm/month, respectively, while remaining stable across all other submarkets.
