CBRE Assists Henderson Park In Placing Renault And Nissan In New Lagoas Park Building

CBRE Portugal, world real estate consultant, was responsible for placing Renault Portugal Group and Nissan Portugal in a new building in Lagoas Park, where the brands will share the same space. In this process, CBRE acted in representation of the owner, Henderson Park, that trusted the consulting firm company back in 2021 to manage and lease the business park. Lagoas Park is the largest office park in Portugal and one of the most recognized in Iberia, comprising a total of 114 000 sq m in offices.
Initially installed in building 4, Renault, RCI and Nissan are now moving to building 15 where they will share 1600 square meters of prime office space. Present in Lagoas Park since 2005, these brands thus consolidate their long-term partnership with the business park and mark, with this move, the return of their employees to the office.
