World Trade Centre Lisboa to be managed by CBRE

FVC Group trusts CBRE to manage the new World Trade Center (WTC) Lisboa, located in Oeiras Valley. The construction works for WTC are expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2022 and companies such as Worten, Bayer and Helm are already confirmed.
FVC Group, alongside CBRE, have the goal to better answer users’ needs as well as match the current and most recent work trends. This new building will have several sustainable initiates implemented which respect the environment as well as the well-being, both physical and psychological, from its users, thus obtaining the LEED Gold and the WELL Gold certifications.
The project totalizes 25 000 sq of offices, with a capacity to welcome 3 000 users. It also comprises 4 000 sq of retail ad services, including a Continent supermarket, a pharmacy, a clinic and further 10 000 sq of outdoor areas dedicated to work, sports and leisure.
One of the main innovations will be the Host App, first time implemented in Portugal. This app ill allow users to engage in events as well as exclusive activities from WTC. Also it will enable user access to a variety of amenities for free, such as phone chargers, umbrellas and many other convenience possibilities thought of to make any day easier when needed. Finally, the Host App makes it possible fr users to book daily services such as car clean, laundry and food deliveries among others.
