Negotiations continue to be firm and despite the hike in interest rates, yields are likely to remain stable in a few submarkets where fundamentals are very strong

  • Investment turnover in Q2 2022 was relatively similar to the equivalent last year period, but slightly lower than in the previous quarter, achieving €340 million.
  • Overall, capital inflow to commercial property totalled €720 million in the first half of the year.
  • We are still confident in a full year turnover at the €3,000 million level.
  • There were no changes in prime yields over the quarter, but we expect to observe a general upward in yields until the year end. Exception to a few office and logistics submarkets where fundamentals remain very strong.
