Logistics occupier market maintains the momentum while investment is finally peaking up

  • 49,000 sq m of logistics spaces were occupied in Lisbon, c.20% up the previous 5-year quarterly average. No deals were recorded in the Porto region.
  • There are no spaces to let in any of the projects due to be completed in 2022.
