2022 ended with a record high in office occupation, although a lower take-up was recorded in Q4 2022

  • Relocation continued to be the main driver for occupation in the quarter, accounting for 55% of take-up, as Expansions also gained momentum.
  • Vacancy rate continued to drop in this quarter, currently standing at 8.2%.
  • Prime rent increased in CBD1, standing at €27/sq m/ month.
