The agricultural sector is gaining more and more prominence among large investment funds. The offer of the Iberian Peninsula stands out for its variety and quality, with products highly valued in international markets.
In the last five years, investment in agricultural properties in Portugal has grown exponentially. In Spain, in addition to land transactions, there have been large mergers and acquisitions, led mainly by private equity funds.
In this report we answer why it is a good idea to invest in the agricultural business, and especially in the Iberian Peninsula.
