Douglas Curwen-Reed is a Client Consulting Director with the Mid-Atlantic Advisory & Transaction Team, which delivers integrated account management services, including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction execution, project management, and workplace solutions. With over a decade of experience at CBRE, Douglas specializes in global portfolio optimization, and data-driven real estate solutions, with a background in workplace strategy. His expertise spans multiple sectors, where he consistently delivers measurable value through strategic planning and execution.

Douglas has led initiatives delivering over 1.5 million square feet in space reductions and approximately $100 million in annual savings. His ability to align real estate strategy with business goals has consistently driven value and savings for clients across sectors.

Originally from Bath, England, Douglas began his CBRE career in London in 2014. He relocated to San Francisco in 2022 and moved to the East Coast in 2024, continuing to bring a global perspective and client-focused approach to every engagement.
