Erica Stricker

Erica Stricker is Group President of the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Sectors and leads this sector within CBRE's Client Office. Across both roles, she oversees strategy and service delivery for many of the world's largest tech, media, and telecommunications companies across 100 countries, while ensuring a consistent and integrated experience across the firm's largest occupier relationships.

Prior to these roles, Erica served as President of CBRE's Technology Sector, and before that held senior leadership positions within the sector, including Chief Operating Officer and Global Alliance Director for a Fortune 20 account. Before joining CBRE in 2013, Erica held roles at Nelson, Gensler, and California Pacific Medical Center, leading strategic occupancy planning and the delivery of multi-million-dollar facility and design projects.

Erica holds a General Management certificate from Harvard Business School, a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, and a degree from Western Washington University. She is a professional member of CoreNet Global and a recipient of the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award.
