As an Executive Vice President for CBRE’s Atlanta Brokerage Group, Jeff Keppen oversees the marketing and leasing for a number of office projects located throughout the metro area including The Center, One Phipps Plaza, 201 17th Street, The Collective @ Concourse, 7000 Central Park and Bank of America Plaza.

Since joining CBRE in 2003, he and his team have completed more than 6.5 million rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of more than 800 transactions. Current clients include CBRE Global Investors – Strategic Partners (CBREGI), Shorenstein, KBS Realty Advisors, Granite Properties, Simon Properties, Starwood, and Core Property Capital.

Mr. Keppen began his career at CBRE as a Financial Analyst for CBRE’s Southeastern region Financial Consulting Group (FCG), a team comprised of more than 20 professionals located throughout the country. Mr. Keppen offers a unique combination of real estate and finance experience that has proven beneficial to CBRE’s clients. Mr. Keppen and his partner Chris Port were recognized as the top office landlord representatives by the Atlanta Commercial board of Realtors in 2015, 2016, 2017. The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP have recognized Mr. Keppen and Mr. Port as top 10 producers for 9 consecutive years. Lastly, Mr. Keppen was recognized in the top 225 nationally for CBRE in 2009 and 2015 respectively.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Keppen was a professional baseball player spending time with the Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations as well as stints out of the country including Korea, Mexico, and Canada.
