Michael Betancourt is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Retail Leasing Services, based in the firm’s Miami office. Working alongside a team led by Drew Schaul, Michael advises a diverse range of clients throughout South Florida, including individual and institutional investors, small businesses, and large retail chains seeking to expand their footprint. Before joining CBRE, Michael served as a Director at Katz & Associates, a tenant and landlord representation agency, where he assisted corporations in securing prime market locations. This experience has provided him with a strong foundation in understanding the goals and strategic needs of retail companies.

Over the years, Michael has helped landlords make well-informed decisions that have positively impacted retail properties across South Florida. Known for his dedication and client-focused approach, he is widely recognized as a trusted expert in the real estate industry.
