Tim has spent his entire 25-year career working within the corporate occupier arena. Most of this time has been with CBRE, however, he also spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2012. During his time with CBRE, he has held several senior roles, leading both business lines and major global accounts. He currently leads both CBRE’s occupier portfolio transformation team and agile advisory business across EMEA.
